Attention All EHS Students:

The Easthampton Exchange Program has just begun its search for host families for next fall.

This coming October, 15 high school age students from France will be coming to Easthampton for about 10 days and we need 15 EHS students and families to host them.

Please consider this amazing opportunity to make a friend for life and to share your home, your culture, your way of life with them.

Please see Ms. Mango or Dr. Lively for applications and details.

The Strengthening Families 10-14 Program is a free, fun and interactive 7-session program that builds family bonds while helping to prevent teen drug use. This program is for all families with youth aged 10-14 years, using a theme of showing love and setting limits.
Youth learn about peer pressure resistance, being a friend, and family communication. Caregivers get info on family meetings, non-violent communication, how to show love and set limits. It is held at White Brook Middle School, 200 Park St. in Easthampton, and is led by trained facilitators. ALL FAMILIES ARE WELCOME from any community.
Structure of the Program:
Tuesday nights starting April 2 through May 21 (skip April 16). Program runs from 6:00-8:00 pm, with dinner from 5:30-6 pm.
6:00-7:00: Youth and parents/caregivers meet separately.
7:00-8:00: Family Session time–make family shields, play fun games, practice family meetings.
