Join students from Easthampton public schools and the WBMS WE group as we walk to raise money for local and global water projects and raise awareness of water justice issues around the world

Join us Sunday, May 19 from 1-4 PM on the WBMS track as we walk 5 miles to experience what girls and women in developing countries must do daily preventing them from going to school or have the ability to make an income.

Learn about water justice issues locally and globally from students!
Play some games!
Enjoy Crooked Stick Pops popsicles!
Dance to live music performances!

Again this year we are fundraising for:

* Kalthana, India where $25.00 will give a person water for life!

*DIg Deep: Navajo Water Project in New Mexico where the money we collect will assist in creating water systems for famlies living in the Navajo reservation in New Mexico.

Let’s come together to learn, grow and contribute to changing the world for the better for those in need!

A message from the WE group at WBMS:
Over 840 million people around the world lack access to clean water, forcing women and children to collectively spend more than 200 million hours fetching water every day. Ahead of World Water Day, we’re so excited to host the 2nd Annual Water Walk at White Brook Middle School on April 19, 2019 at 1-4pm to raise our voices and awareness around this issue. Who’s joining us!? #CleanWaterON
